having almost gotten over my jw ex-best friend telling me she could no longer be my friend, handing me back my spare keys, sending a note and present to my kids with not even a 'dear sam', shunning me in the park, etc, etc she now sacks her immigrant cleaner (who became her cleaner due to my recommendation a year ago) by text message.

cleaner phones her to check out what's going on and she tells her you can no longer clean for us as you work for sam and my husband wants us to have no connection whatever - you may tell her things about us and we don't want that.

charming, another kick in the stomach for me and a great witness to the cleaner (who ironically we found out a few months ago has a father who is a witness!).

so, the elder that dfed me, was driving by my house with a carload of sheep yesterday.

as he was driving by, he pointed at my house.

what he didnt know, was that my bf was also on the road, waiting for him to pass so he could pull in the driveway.. when the elder looked up, and recognized my bf, he dropped his hand really fast, but knew he was caught.. so, now i sit and wonder, what the hell was he saying to the herd?

we are great friends now....but he wasn't much of a father growing up.. worked all the time...we went on few vacations....pretty much pussy whipped my my nazis jw mother.. he never did believe in the whole jw thing.

he just when along with it, for my mothers sake.. she never did respect him for not being a "spiritual head" and pretty much let us kids know about it.. i, like my mother became very self rightious and judgmental.. i wished now he had just came to me just once and said "keith maybe the jws are not the people you think they are.

" but he was to afraid of my mother to say that...even though he knew it to be true.i would have never believed him....back then....but it would have planted a seed.... .

i spoke earlier about my dad, i said he never told us he loved us or huged us , ever, he was an elder and very stricy, since i was a small child, do it or get out, he was also abusive, and somewhat violent, he was in korea, 3 tours, lost part of his head, has a metal plate, shot several times, recieved the bronze star, served as, a sniper, hand to hand combat instructor, tunnel rat, many confirmed kills, many medals, 3 purple hearts, my siblings left home early, i left at 16, and never went back, he is still the same , and was on his deathbed once, and i told him i love him and gave him a big hug, he told me to stop, i told him you are my dad, and ill hug you if i want to!

I am now a single dad with 3 smalll boys, i raise alone, i hug them each day,and kiss them, and tell them how much i love them , every day!!

i did not follow the pattern of my father, he is the only dad i will ever have, and dont we all love him anyway!
